Raspberry Banana Tofu Shake

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu
  • 1 cup fat free soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions:
  1. In a blender, mix tofu, soy milk, banana, raspberries, and orange juice concentrate.
  2. Blend until smooth.

This shake is great after a workout, for breakfast or any time you need an easy source of protein on the go.
